1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, reservations, and agreements regarding Restaurant Sizzling, located in Eindhoven. By placing a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations can be made online via our website or by phone. For changes in the number of people or cancellations, we request you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards and digital vouchers issued by Restaurant Sizzling have a standard validity of 24 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payments

All prices communicated on the website or in the restaurant include VAT. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and cash payments. An advance payment may be required for group arrangements.

5. Liability and House Rules

Restaurant Sizzling is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property inside the restaurant or on our terrace. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who violate our house rules.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Guests must communicate allergies or specific dietary requirements in advance. Although we exercise all possible care, we can never 100% exclude cross-contamination.
